Learning Al-Quran and Al Hadith is one of Islamic Da'wah Society of Indonesia (LDII) prime worship program . Since Learning Al-Quran and Al Hadits is principle religious obligation for a single Muslim not exception LDII municipality.

Public Qur-an Learning amongst LDII Sidoarjo is held routine monthly.

Generally, Quran Hadith learning aims:

1. Al Quran surah Al Israa’ verse 36

وَلاَ تَقْفُ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ إِنَّ السَّمْعَ وَالْبَصَرَ وَالْفُؤَادَ كُلُّ أُولـئِكَ كَانَ عَنْهُ مَسْؤُولاً -36
“And follow not (O man i.e., say not, or do not or witness not) that of which you have no knowledge. {1} Verily! The hearing, and the sight, and the heart, of each of those one will be questioned (by Allâh)”.

2. Al-Quran surah Al Mujadilla verse 11

يَرْفَعِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ - 11
“….. Allâh will exalt in degree those of you who believe, and those who have been granted knowledge. And Allâh is Well-Acquainted with what you do.”

3. Hadits Ibnu Maajah part 1 page 81

"… from Anas bin Malik storied that Allah Messenger spoke, ”Seeking religious knowledge is obliged to every single Muslim”.

4. Hadits Bukhori Chapter The Supremacy of Al-Quran

"… from Usman rodliyallohu anhu from Allah Messenger spoke, “The best of you is you all who learning Al Quran and spread it”.
